User Conduct Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Website, including, without limitation: (a) accessing data not intended for such user or logging onto a server or an account which the user is not authorized to access; (b) attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization.

6. Order and Return Policy

Ordering Process:

• Customers can place orders through the Frozen Delights website 24/7.
• Upon placing an order, customers will receive an email confirmation detailing their purchase and tracking information.
• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and customers will be notified of any delays.

Cancellation:

• Customers may cancel their orders within 24 hours of purchase without penalty. After this period, if the order has not been shipped, a cancellation fee of 10% of the order value will apply.
• Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Returns:

• Frozen Delights accepts returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unopened and in its original packaging.
• To initiate a return, customers must contact customer service to obtain a Return Authorization number.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error on our part.

Refunds:

• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
• Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defects or errors.
• If the product returned is not in its original condition, a refund may be denied.

Exchanges:

• For products that are defective or damaged upon arrival, Frozen Delights will provide a no-cost exchange.
• Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue and initiate an exchange.

Disclaimer:

• Due to the nature of freeze-dried products, Frozen Delights cannot accept returns on any products that have been opened or tampered with for safety and health reasons.
• Frozen Delights reserves the right to limit or deny returns or exchanges at any time, based on the condition of the product and the compliance with our return policy.
